Notice: The Tax Division has become aware of an unexpected mailing delay that is affecting some of our letters. If you are waiting on a Business Registration Certificate, Letter of Good Standing, Billing Voucher, Correspondence, etc., please log in to your MyTaxes account.
On MyTaxes, taxpayers can easily see all correspondence and certificates on all of their tax accounts, as well as communicate easily with the Tax Division. If you have difficulty logging in to MyTaxes, please contact Taxpayer Services at 304-558-3333 for assistance or to ask for a reprint of any correspondence you were waiting on.
The Tax Division has been rebranding and updating our letters and forms. The logo that you see on our website and our educational publications will soon be seen across all of our correspondence.
While we are transitioning our documents, you may continue to receive some forms or letters with the old logo on them.
If you have any concerns about the authenticity of a letter that you receive from the Tax Division, please do not hesitate to contact our Taxpayer Services team.
