Magistrate Offset Program

West Virginia Magistrate Courts may now notify the State Tax Commissioner of certain unpaid magistrate court costs, fines, forfeitures, and penalties in order for the State Tax Department to withhold the unpaid amounts from any individual's personal income tax refund due to owing the licensee.
