ADMINISTRATIVE NOTICE 94-23



SUBJECT:	RESERVE COAL REGIONAL VALUES
		Reserve Coal Regional Values Used to Estimate the Appraised Value Per Mineable Seam Acre for Property Tax Purposes -- Tax Year 1995.


	The attached amended natural resource property valuation variables have been developed by the Department of Tax and Revenue for use in appraising reserve coal properties for ad valorem tax purposes.  These amended variables shall supersede the reserve coal values per mineable seam acre filed on July
1, 1994 and are filed after review of the Department's updated sales database for Tax Year 1995.

	The Department of Tax and Revenue will accept written public comments on the attached until January
3, 1995 and will file final results on or before January 6, 1995.
